A commitment to learning, practice and teaching
My teaching is grounded in established mindfulness approaches, supported by ongoing learning and a commitment to continuing my own practice.
Mindfulness is not simply something I teach. It is a practice I continue to develop through training, personal practice, retreats and ongoing study.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to sit cross legged to do mindfulness practice!

I returned to Dhamma Dīpa for a second 10-day silent retreat in September 2026, to continue to deepen my own practice.
