8-Week
Mindfulness Course
A practical introduction to mindfulness for everyday life
This 8-week course is for anyone who would like to explore mindfulness, develop a regular practice and bring greater awareness and fulfilment to everyday life.
Mindfulness isn't about emptying your mind or trying to become someone different. It's about learning to notice where your attention goes, recognising some of the patterns that shape your experience, and developing the ability to return, again and again, to the present moment.
Through guided practices, exploration and reflection, you'll discover ways of relating to your experiences with greater awareness, curiosity and compassion. You'll develop practical skills that you can bring into everyday life, helping you meet its challenges and appreciate its ordinary moments with more openness and ease.
Research shows that mindfulness-based approaches support wellbeing and help people manage stress, anxiety and low mood. They can also offer ways of relating differently to difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences.
Mindfulness isn't about getting rid of difficult experiences or always feeling calm.
Who is it for?
You don't need any previous experience of mindfulness, and you don't need to be experiencing stress or difficulty to benefit. Whether you're looking to make space in a busy life, understand your habitual patterns a little better, or deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you, the course offers an opportunity to pause and explore.
